TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE INTERACTIVE CASINO AND BETTING
1. General Provisions
1.1. Terms Used
1.1.1. All terms used herein shall have the following meanings under these Terms and Conditions:
o "Company" – company SIA "JOKER LTD", company registration No. 40003266078, Katrinas iela 12, Riga, LV-1045;
o "Site" – website www.synottip.lv, internet address/domain, website where gambling is being organised;
o "User" – a customer having registered him/herself on the Site and using services of the Site;
o "Username" – name picked by the User to be used within cooperation with the Company;
o "User Profile" – an individual profile created on the Site for each User upon registration; The User Profile contains information about the User's personal data, the User's contact information, the User's bank account number, information about the coupons registered for the User's participation in the betting, the transactions made, as well as the history of Winnings. The User Profile contains User Account.
o "User Account" – section of the User Profile where the User may hold limited monetary funds, use them for making Bets and receive Winnings.
o "Bet" – sum of money being risked within the framework of using services of the Site;
o "Deposit" – monetary sum transferred by the User to the Company's bank account, which is subsequently transferred by the Company to the User's Account in the User Profile;
o "Withdrawal – monetary sum that the User requests the Company to transfer from the User's Account to the User's bank account specified in the registration process;
o "Maximum Bet Method" – limits on the maximum possible bets or bet amount per 24 hours;
o "Coupon" – document prepared by the company certifying the bets made by the User;
o "Event" – a predictable sporting, entertaining, political or other event in respect to which Bets may be placed/bet;
o "Odds" – a defined number, multiplication by which with the Bet (in case of Victory) makes up the monetary sum of Winning;
o "Prediction" – probable, forecast outcome of an event;
o "Betting Result" – the officially documented outcome of the event;
o "Betting" – the gambling process in which a participant participates in betting a specific Bet and making a Prediction on occurrence of any Event, likelihood or impossibility of one or more Events, or anything that may prove to be true or false, and to receive a Winning;
o "Interactive Gambling" – gambling process in which a player may participate via internet communication services;
o "Victory" – correspondence of the Prediction with the result on which a Bet had been placed;
o "Winning" – a specific monetary amount, obtained by multiplying the Bet with the Odds;
o "Banker" – a Prediction included in all groups of the System;
o "Cashout" – a possibility to receive a winning, or a part of the winning, prior to the end of the event.
1.1.2. The present Terms and Conditions govern usage of the Site's Services of the Company and apply to all the Users. The present Terms and Conditions are hereinafter referred to as T&C.
1.1.3. The Company provides Interactive Gambling services on the site.
1.1.4. On the Site, the T&C are translated into several languages, but only the Latvian version of the T&C shall have legal effect between the User and the Company. In the event of a conflict between the different language versions of the T&C, the English language version shall prevail.
1.1.5. The Company shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil its obligations, or for their un-timely fulfilment, which are caused due to occurrence of Force Majeure circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, fires, hostilities, civil unrest, etc., epidemics, political decisions, changes in legislation) or any other circumstances, which the Company could not reasonably been aware of, control or prevent. In any such case, the Company has the right to completely terminate or temporarily suspend the provision of the service.
1.1.6. The Company's services may also depend on the services provided by integrated third parties (for example, the bank's technical solutions for making payments, etc.). Company cannot guarantee the continuity of services provided by third parties.
1.1.7. The Company operates in accordance with the legislative enactments in force within the territory of The Republic of Latvia. All disputes that may arise from these T&C shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it shall be resolved in the court of The Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of The Republic of Latvia.
1.1.8. Complaints and claims shall be accepted by the Company within 30 days from the date of announcing the results in regard to which a Bet had been placed. A claim can be submitted: on the phone, by calling 67321251 on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:30; in written form, by sending electronically to an e-mail joker@joker.lv; by mail, by sending the relevant correspondence to office of the company, or by appearing in person at the following address: Katrinas iela 12, Riga, LV-1045. Claims shall be processed and replies shall be provided within 15 working days of receipt of the relevant claim.
1.1.9. Compliance of the Company's activities with the regulatory enactments of The Republic of Latvia is controlled by Lotteries and gambling supervisory inspection of Latvia with the office address at: Riga, Smilšu Street 1, LV-1050, http://www.iaui.gov.lv/.
1.1.10. The Company may change, amend or supplement the T&C at any time, subject to prior approval of Lotteries and gambling supervisory inspection of Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the Inspection). The changes shall take effect once approved by the Inspectorate and the new version of the regulations has been published on the Site.
1.2. Registration Conditions
1.2.1. Only registered Users shall be entitled to use Services of the Site.
1.2.2. The User shall, upon registration, provide the following information:
1.2.2.1. name;
1.2.2.2. surname;
1.2.2.3. personal identification No.;
1.2.2.4. date of birth;
1.2.2.5. gender;
1.2.2.6. bank and IBAN account information;
1.2.2.7. address, postal index and city of the registered domicile;
1.2.2.8. contact phone;
1.2.2.9. e-mail address;
1.2.2.10. username and password;
1.2.2.11. maximum bet method;
1.2.2.12. confirmation of the accept/willingness to receive information, offers and promotional emails sent by the Company;
1.2.2.13. confirmation that the User is at least 18 years old;
1.2.2.14. confirmation that the User has read, understood and agrees with the T&C.
1.2.3. Upon registration, the customer must upload a copy of his / her identity document or verify the account with the SMART-ID service.
1.2.4. After registration, and in accordance with the legislative enactments of The Republic of Latvia, the Company shall carry out verification of personal data and age within 3 (three) business days. If the Company has any doubts about the accuracy of the information provided, it may request additional copies of personal identification documents and bank statements. In addition to that, the Company may also carry out additional checks in order to verify the information provided, and payment details.
1.2.5. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss incurred by the User if a third party has learned the basic access information of the User, has gained access to, and has used the User's account.
1.2.6. The User must promptly notify the Company of any changes in his/her personal information provided at the time of registration, or of any changes in his/her contact details, or his/her bank account data
1.2.7. Only persons over the age of 18 may register, place Bets and use the Services of the Site.
1.2.8. When registering a User's Account, the User may only provide his/her own personal data. The User's Account may only be used, and Bets may only placed there, by holder of the User Account.
1.2.9. The User may not disclose basic User Account access information: Username and Password, to third parties. If the User suspects that a third party has gained access to the User's account, the User shall immediately inform the Company by e-mail info@synottip.lv, or by calling to the phone 20200693, or by informing the customer support specialist in the Synottip Live Chat. If the Company suspects that the User Account is being used by a third party, the Company reserves the right to "freeze" the User Account (i. e., temporarily disable the User Account until the facts and information are clarified).
1.2.10. Placing Bets on behalf of third persons is prohibited. The Company shall be entitled to cancel and discard such Bets.
1.2.11. The Company shall have the right to, at any time, request additional information about the User's identity and transactions, the origin of the funds used in the User's games, in order to verify the accuracy of the data provided by the User during the registration process. Until the User submits the requested information or documents, the Company shall be entitled to suspend the User's account temporarily until the facts and information are clarified.
1.2.12. The Company shall have the rights to refuse the registration of a new User, to block or close the User Account without explaining the reasons for doing so.
1.2.13. A single person shall not be entitled to register more than one User Account. If a User is found to have multiple User Accounts and they have been used in violation of the T&C, or their limits, the Company shall be entitled to block all the User Accounts and to cancel any Bets placed in excess of certain limits, as well as to cancel and discard any other Bets, all Bets, or all Winnings.
1.2.14. Each IP or home address shall only be allowed to have a single User Account; if there are multiple accounts, the Company shall be notified thereof. If the Company is not being notified, it shall be entitled to cancel some or all of the Bets and Winnings made from this address on all User Accounts.
1.2.15. In the event of cancellation or blocking of the User's Account, the Company shall reserve the right to disburse funds only after their origin has been established.
1.2.16. The Company may set or change any limits for each User without explaining the reasons and may impose restrictions on certain games, offers or services.
1.2.17. The Company shall have the right to forfeit any funds available in the User's account and permanently close the User's account if the User is found to have committed any fraudulent activity and to have used the system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated system or algorithms) to circumvent the software used by the Company and/or to attempt to interfere with the Company's services.
1.3. Deposit Procedure
1.3.1. The User may replenish his/her User Account (deposit funds in it) only from a Latvian bank account or a payment card registered on the website by one of the following methods: Internet Bank, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
1.3.2. The minimum amount of a single Deposit contribution is set at EUR 5.00 (five euros).
1.3.3. Cash flow shall only take place in euro currency.
2. Rules for Placing the Bets/Stakes
2.1. Rules and Placing the Bets
2.1.1. The Company shall publish Bets for the following types of Events:
2.1.1.1. sports competitions and races;
2.1.1.2. other Events of public interest, unless the placing of Bets/stakes is contrary to ethical principles
2.1.2. The Company shall in principle publish possibility for placing the Bets with the following pre-requisites:
2.1.2.1. Where placing a Bet is possible with two or more possible outcomes;
2.1.3. The Company shall publish Bets based on official sources from sports associations, organizations, tournament organizers and other official materials.
2.1.4. In the event of ambiguity or ambiguous identification of the Bet, the User shall be entitled to request additional information from the Company prior to making the bid/placing the Bet. Complaints about misidentification (identical names, ambiguous denominations, abbreviations, misinterpretation of the subject on which the Bet is placed, etc.) will not be considered as valid after acceptance of the respective Bet.
2.1.5. The Company shall publish the Bets on the Site.
2.1.6. The Company shall not be obliged to provide the User with additional information about the Events (information on neutral playing turf/field, types of sporting surfaces, injuries, etc.).
2.2. Odds
2.2.1. Odds shall have varying values. The Company shall continually update the Odds based on the individual results of placing the Bets, the number and type of the Bets. Changes in the Odds shall not impact the Bets already accepted.
2.2.2. Odds shall be published constantly. Odds shall be recorded in the Company's central computer memory when the Bet is accepted and considered valid.
2.2.3. Upon acceptance of the Bet, the Company shall place the registered Odds in memory of the central computer.
2.2.4. The Company may increase some Odds by a certain percentage in order to increase interest in the Events. The Company shall publish these Events in advance and record them in the Company's database.
2.3. Predictions
2.3.1. The Company shall publish the eventual Event results as Predictions (for example, a Prediction may be victory for the home team). The Company shall be obliged to publish Odds for Predictions of the Bets.
2.3.2. If outcome of an Event cannot be determined, the Prediction shall be cancelled, and the Odds shall be converted to 1.
2.3.3. Double-Odds Prognosis – several Predictions possible. The Winnings are achieved when at least one of the selected Predictions match the result of the double-odds Prognosis.
2.3.4. The Company shall in principle publish the following double-odds Prognosis:
2.3.4.1. Double-odds prediction on two of three Bet results (e. g., home team wins, or a draw is reached);
2.3.4.2. Double-odds Prognosis in relation to results of a Bet and intervals of the results in numerical value (e. g., from places 1 to 5).
2.4. Combined Bet
2.4.1. Combined Bet – a bet on two or more mutually non-related Events.
2.4.2. Independence of the Prediction shall be determined by the Company at the moment of accepting the Bet. In the event if the Company believes that the Combined Bet is composed of interrelated Events, a placed Bet may be revoked.
2.4.3. Winnings within Combined Bet shall be determined when all Combined Bet results match the Prediction.
2.4.4. The final Odds of the Combined bet shall be identical to multiplication of all Odds of the Predictions in the Coupon.
2.5. System
2.5.1. A System bet is a method of placing several Bets in a single Coupon. (The said process shall hereinafter be referred to as the "System").
2.5.2. A portion of the Winnings shall be obtained if at least one Prediction from the System is correctly determined. If multiple Predictions are accurate, then Winnings shall add up.
2.5.3. The Company shall in principle offer Systems of two, three, four and more Predictions.
2.5.4. Up to 20 Events can be added to a System Bet. The first 12 Events shall be divided into groups, the next automatically become Bankers.
2.6. Limits of Bets and Winnings
2.6.1. The Bet placed per each Coupon should always be rounded to one hundredth of a euro.
2.6.2. Minimum Bet of a Coupon shall be set at €0,10.
2.6.3. A Winning shall depend on the number of Events on a single Coupon.

2.6.4. Maximum Winning of a coupon shall be set at €150 000. If the Winnings exceed this amount, the Company will pay out a maximum allowable Winning of € 150,000.
2.6.5. The Company may set different limits on Bets and Winnings with respect to the specific methods and types of Bets on which Bets are accepted.
2.7. Accepting the Bets
2.7.1. Interactive betting system Bets are accepted via the Internet based on the User's registration data.
2.7.2. In order to place a Bet, the User must authorize himself/herself in the system using his/her Username. After verifying the User's identity, the Company will decide whether to accept or reject the Bet.
2.7.3. In the course of making a Bet, the Bet shall be paid from the User's account.
2.7.4. A Bet shall be accepted at the time it is registered in the system database.
2.7.5. The User shall be informed that the Bet is accepted or rejected on the Company's Site without undue delay.
2.7.6. The Company may stop accepting any types of Bets at any time, and may prohibit placing Combined Bets, or otherwise restrict some of the Bet-placing options (limit the amount of the Bet, set limits on Winnings, etc.). In addition, the Company may reject any Bet placed.
2.7.7. Bets on specific types of Bets must be accepted by the deadline set by the Company; however, no later than the beginning of the Event or part thereof (e. g., a period or half-time) to which the Bet applies. For the types of Bets identified as LIVE Bets, the Company may also accept Bets during an Event.
2.7.8. In the event that the User makes multiple identical Bets, such Bets shall be processed as a single Bet, including the actual Winning limits, in accordance with Clause 2.6.
2.7.9. The Company reserves the right to cancel a Bet, a winning, or to cancel reimbursement of a Bet if there is a suspicion of illegal agreement between two or more Users (including but not limited to betting on opposite or different results of the same event for maximum personal financial gain).
2.7.10. If the User has failed to comply with the terms of the Site and has obtained winnings or other benefits, the Company shall be entitled to "freeze" the User Account until the facts of the case are clarified, or to block the User Account.
2.7.11. The Company may cancel a Bet in the following cases:
2.7.11.1. The User fails to submit the required data, or the data is incorrect;
2.7.11.2. payment of a Bet has not been ensured;
2.7.11.3. time-frame for accepting the Bets has ended;
2.7.11.4. acceptance of Bets for a type of Bets that has been suspended or restricted.
2.7.12. In the event that the Company is unable to cancel the Bet in a situation where it is mandatory to do so in accordance with:
2.7.12.1. Clause 2.7.11.1. or 2.7.11.2., such bets shall be declared as invalid and the amount of the Bet shall be refunded to the User in question;
2.7.12.2. Clause 2.7.11.3. or 2.7.11.4. - a prediction is not valid, a Bet is cancelled;
2.7.12.3. Clause 2.4.2. - The Company shall be entitled to convert the Odds into 1 different Predictions, providing a guarantee that Predictions are independent.
2.7.13. The Company shall be entitled to not to accept a Bet from the person who violates the T&C. If a Bet is suspended due to extraordinary circumstances, the User shall not be entitled to claim compensation for damages, nor to make other claims not described in the T&C.
2.7.14. An overview of the Bets shall be available to each User in the User Profile. The Overview can be used by each User for monitoring the Bets.
2.7.15. In the event of disagreement on accepted Bets, the Company's records shall prevail.
2.7.16. Participation in the betting system starts as soon as the User has placed a Bet.
2.8. LIVE Bets
2.8.1. Bets accepted after the start of the Event, and during the Event, are referred to as LIVE Bets.
2.8.2. For pre-defined and specifically defined (LIVE) Betting Types, the Company may accept Bets during a race, competition or a game. Odds of individual Predictions are continually reviewed and are always effective at the time the Bet is accepted. A Bet containing at least one Prediction relating to a LIVE Event shall be considered a LIVE Bet.
2.8.3. The time-frames and statistics provided in the LIVE section are for informational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the topicality and accuracy of the information provided (e. g., current results) and they cannot be used as a basis for claims/complaints.
2.9. Bets on players
2.9.1. All bets placed before a change of venue will be voided.
2.9.2. If a game starts but is interrupted or halted at any time before the game reaches its conclusion and is not resumed within 5 hours, all bets on players will be voided.
2.9.3. If any of the players selected for a particular type of bet does not participate in the game, all bets on that player will be voided.
2.9.4. All bets on players apply to the full game time, including overtime, but exclude post-game shootouts.
2.9.5. Bets on players in football:
2.9.5.1 If any of the players selected for a particular type of bet does not start the game, all bets on that player will be voided.
2.9.5.2 If a player is not included in the starting lineup, all bets on that player will be voided.
2.9.6. Bets on players in hockey:
2.9.6.1 If the goalkeeper does not start the game, all bets on that player will be voided.
2.9.7. Bets on players in baseball:
2.9.7.1. Bets on players in a game marked as postponed or canceled before the scheduled start time remain in a pending status and are settled if the game starts within 48 hours of the initially scheduled time.
2.9.7.2. Bets on players in a game marked as postponed or canceled before the scheduled start time and not resumed within 48 hours will be voided.
2.9.7.3. If the game does not start at the scheduled time, all related player bets remain available for automatic verification unless the game does not commence after more than 48 hours from the initially scheduled time.
2.9.7.4. All bets on players also include extra innings.
2.9.7.5. If a player is not included in the starting lineup, all bets on that player will be voided.
2.9.7.6. The game must go at least 8 ½ innings for bets to stand. Otherwise, all bets on players will be voided.
2.10. CASHOUT functionality
2.10.1. The Company offers the opportunity to receive a cash-out (winning) before the event is over.
2.10.2. The minimum sum of cash-out is EUR 0.01.
2.10.3. The cashout amount may be available until the event closes and may be higher or lower than the amount bet.
2.10.4. The company shall determine the percentage of cashout payout depending on the type of event and the type of bet.
2.10.5. The Company shall not guarantee uninterrupted availability of CASHOUT throughout the event and may offer cashout functionality only for certain bets.
2.10.6. If a cashout function is available for a particular event, the user can use it by pressing the appropriate button.
2.10.7. A User cannot cancel a cashout payout request. Once confirmed, the cashout amount is credited to the player's account and the bet status shall be changed to the winning one regardless of the outcome of the subsequent event.
2.11. Bet Results
2.11.1. In respect to an Event with a predetermined playing time (such as a football, basketball or hockey game), the Betting result will be determined after the Event has ended, whether it is extra time, a draw or any other additional change to the score (cancellation, refusal or disqualification). The Company shall provide a prior notice of exceptions to the above. NFL and NBA events will be evealuated during the event time, at the conclusion of the relevant offer.
2.11.2. If an Event has not taken place until its end within the pre-determined/envisioned time, except for Events with a predetermined playing time, the result shall be settled by management of the Event organising party.
2.11.3. In the event that the Event occurs after the published date, the Company shall reserve the right to refund the accepted Bets. If the Event occurs prior to the published date, then the Event Bets place prior to the Event, shall remain valid.
2.11.4. Bets on position of a person or a team not participating in the Event for any reason, are void and invalid. In the event that a person or a team withdrew during the Event, the Bets shall be regarded valid, but the Victory shall not be determined.
2.11.5. In the event that several identical persons or teams involved in the Event achieve an identical position which may affect the Winnings within a placed Bet, the relevant Odds shall be divided by the number of players/teams.
2.11.6. In case of insignificant errors having occurred in the Company's system (e. g., typographical errors in the names of participants, teams and/or competitions), the Bet shall remain valid, provided that the error does not concern the material value of the Bet and does not mislead the User.
2.11.7. Result of the Bet shall be registered immediately after publication of the result in the Company's database. If there is reasonable suspicion of the legitimacy of the event, the Company may defer publication of the results until the facts have been established, and the suspicion no longer exists.
2.11.8. After the Event, Betting results shall be recorded in the Company's database, all Betting related to the Event shall be be evaluated within 12 (twelve) hours, unless for reasons beyond the Company's control, there is a delay in receiving information from third party valuers.
2.11.9. The Company shall publish the results in the same way as it publishes the Bets. The Company shall not be entitled to correct published results unless they contain a manifest error.
2.11.10. When publishing the Events, the Company may use another method in order to determine the winner of the Event.
2.11.11. If different Event results are published, the Company shall announce the results in accordance with Clause 2.11.9.
2.11.12. The Prediction shall not be valid in the following cases:
2.11.12.1. A Bet is published with an error affecting the material aspect of the Bet, and misleading the Users, and if values of the Bet conflict with themselves and affect the final result;
2.11.12.2. for technical or other reasons, the so-called Safe Odds may be offered for simple Bets, which may affect the User's Winnings;
2.11.12.3. The Bet is published with errors in Odds, handicap, or score limits. The Company may correct the error without delay or cancel the Prediction;
2.11.12.4. The Odds have been incorrectly updated for technical reasons;
2.11.12.5. The event is cancelled or is incomplete, and at the moment the Bet result cannot be determined unambiguously (for example, 3 goals have already been scored and the game is still in progress, it is understood that the Bet for over/under 2.5 goals will be normally evaluated, and Prediction for a Bet for over/under 3.5 goals will be void);
2.11.12.6. The event is different from the conditions published by the Company (for example, another home team is playing, another hill is used for ski-jumping, not all games are being played, number of sets needed to win have not been player, subject of the event has additionally been changed);
2.11.12.7. The event or a part thereof (a period or a half-time) occurred before the Bet was accepted;
2.11.12.8. If the game or a competition takes place later than expected, the Company shall reserve the right to return any Bets.
2.11.13. If the Combination has included one or more Predictions according to Section 2.7.11. or paragraph 2.11., any such Prediction in the Combined bet shall be cancelled; this means converting the Odds to 1.
2.11.14. Special Provisions
2.11.14.1. Baseball: In case of a postponement, all markets are considered void unless the match starts on the scheduled day (local time).
2.11.14.2. Baseball: In the case of an abandoned match, all undecided markets are considered void unless the match continues within 48 hours of the official start time. All fully decided markets will be settled.
2.11.14.3. Baseball – baseball bets shall be accepted including extra time, i. e., extra-innings, unless "0" or "draw" is offered. All markets will be cleared according the final result after 9 innings (8 ½ innings if home team is leading at this point)
2.11.14.4. Superior position: The Company may publish the Bet on a superior position of the player during the competition. If a player/participant occupies a classified place, his/her position shall be regarded as superior than that of non-classified places. The Bet shall be annulled in the following events:
2.11.14.4.1. at least one participant is not participating in the competition;
2.11.14.4.2. none of the participants took a classified place;
2.11.14.4.3. both participants took a classified place and are in the same position and there are no conditions to determine a draw.
2.11.14.5. Tennis: if the field of the game is different from the one determined at an earlier point, the Bets shall remain valid.
2.11.14.6. Tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash withdrawal – Bets on pre-match-Event : all Bets that have been fully settled shall be evaluated; any Bets not fully settled shall be cancelled.
2.11.14.7. Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, squash withdrawal – LIVE bets – all Bets that have been fully settled shall be evaluated; any Bets not fully settled shall be cancelled.
2.11.14.8. Tennis – if a tie-brake/super tie-brake is played in the last set, it shall be deemed as 1 set and 1 game.
2.11.14.9. Bets on a scored goal shall not be counted if the player has scored a point in his/her own team's goal.
2.11.14.10. Motorsport: start of a race behind a safety car does not count as the usage of a safety car during the race.
2.11.14.11. Football: Only the cards that are shown to the players on the field during the game are counted. (Cards shown to coaches, staff, reserve players on the bench will not be counted).
2.11.14.12. The yellow card is counted as 1 card. A red or yellow-red card counts as two cards.
2.11.14.13. Football: If a match is interrupted and continued within 48h after initial kickoff, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets are considered void.
2.11.14.14. Ice Hockey: in the Bets, the winner of the overtime shall count for the highest scoring player, but the goal of the post-shoot-out series shall not count. Goals and points scorers on players include goals scored in overtime and the game-winning scoring goal.
2.11.12.15. American football: In case of abandoned or postponed matches all markets are considered void unless the match continues in the same NFL weekly schedule (Thursday - Wednesday local stadium time)
3. Pay-out of the Winning
3.1. In the event of a Victory, the User shall be entitled to the Winnings.
3.2. The Winnings shall be credited to the User's account after the Bet results are being published, in accordance with Clause 2.11. without undue delay.
3.3. In case Winning is paid-out incorrectly, the Company shall be entitled to transfer the erroneous amount from the User's account to its own account. If the User's account does not contain sufficient funds to refund the amount unduly paid, the Company may require the User to refund the amount due. The User shall transfer the unduly received amount to the Company account without undue delay.
3.4. If there is any doubt as to correctness of the Bet and there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Bet-placing process is in violation of law or the T&C, the Company shall be entitled to suspend the pay-out of the Winnings until it verifies the legality and compliance with the T&C.
3.5. When a pay-out is made, the money shall be returned to the same account of the credit institution from which it was credited and that was specified when registering on the Site. If the User requests pay-out without turnover of the deposit amount, the Company shall reserve the right to charge a transaction processing fee.
3.6. In the event that the User uses funds that were erroneously credited to the User's account, such as an incorrect result or a calculation of Winnings, and the User has acted with such Winnings, such as – has made a payout or a Bet, and if the User's account, after the corrected amount, is negative, the User shall be obliged to repay the sum received in error.
3.7. Winnings:
3.7.1. which do not exceed EUR 720.00 (seven hundred and twenty euros) – shall be paid out immediately;
3.7.2. which exceed EUR 720.00 (seven hundred and twenty euros), but do not exceed EUR 14,300.00 (fourteen thousand three hundred euros) – shall be paid out within 24 hours;
3.7.3 which exceed EUR 14,300.00 (fourteen thousand three hundred euros) – shall be paid out within 30 days and in no more than two payments; the first payment of 30% of the sum of Winnings shall be paid out within 15 days and the second payment of 70% of them sum shall be paid within 30 days.
3.8. The Company shall reserve the right to withhold any Winnings in the event of any doubts, pending confirmation of the User's right to receive the Winnings. Upon request of the Company, the User shall provide personally identifiable information, a copy of an identity document or other requested information and documents, so that the Company could be able to verify that the transaction is not unusual or suspicious and could implement the transaction in accordance with the laws and regulations of The Republic of Latvia.
