• All registered players become members of our loyalty program automatically.
• Players with no money deposit do not earn points.
• Points can be earned by playing casino games or by sports betting. There is no difference between points from the casino games and points from the sports betting.
• There are four loyalty levels: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.
• Player can move to a higher level with extra bonuses by acquiring more points.
• Monthly balance of accumulated points is criterion both for entry to higher levels (activation limit) and for keeping the current level (maintenance limit). Limits are given in the table below.
• The period to meet the conditions is one calendar month.
• Players who collect less points than the maintenance limit are moved down to relevant level, from Gold and Platinum not bellow the Silver one.

  Player bets (On-line or Off-line) and collects loyalty points depending on

• How it works for Casino
  Player earns loyalty points for every 10 € wagered on games based on category.

• Loyalty points can be exchanged to real cash at any time. 1 000 loyalty points are equivalent of 10 €
• There is no upper limit for number of points collected during one month.
• It can take up to 24 hours for points earned to take effect.
• Points cannot be traded or transferred to other customers’ accounts
• Operator has the right to cancel, change, or suspend loyalty program, terms & conditions as well as adjust players’ point balances.
• The validity period of each loyalty point is 365 days after being credited to the Loyalty balance.
